Issue 16

Deep faith demands that we open ourselves to God, that we allow ourselves to be vulnerable to him. And you will find in these articles many examples of vulnerability as people wrestle with faith. You will hear Yenn's personal experience with being trans and autistic. You will see Samson as deeply reliant on God, and willingly making himself vulnerable with Delilah as an act of faith. You will walk with Mary Magdalene as her healing leads her to become vulnerable with Jesus. And Jesus himself, as the supreme example, exhibits a faithful vulnerability, even to the extent of allowing people to murder him cruelly. May we open our hearts, willingly becoming vulnerable before God, as we walk our lives of faith.
